Over 500 colleagues work in Customer Service at Copley, just outside Halifax, handling customer enquiries on policy amendments, payment queries and claim notifications, as well as IT and supplier management.

Our team in Esher generates business and administers creditor insurance policies that have been sold through partners that include many other household name companies. Also based in Esher is St Andrews Membership Services, where colleagues administer products such as identity care and card care.

Halifax Insurance Ireland sells creditor insurance products and administers creditor insurance policies sold through branches based in the UK. These policies help HBOS customers with their repayments on mortgages, loans and credit cards in the event of accident, sickness or unemployment.
